What gets made

For people · The house gets designed

It is thought through and modeled in BIM. You receive the images to see it before it is built, and the drawings your builder works from. Structure and services are contracted separately, with your engineer.

For builders · The development gets modeled

The type is designed once and repeats. The drawings and the routing of the networks come out of the BIM model, delivered in IFC, DWG and PDF.

Visualization · Seen before it exists

The design already exists, even if it is not ours and not modeled. We model it, choose the views, and out come the images, the video and the 360 tour.

The house does not exist yet. We settle what presence it will have when it does.

The project is shown whole for the first time, and you decide its course.

VIII · The Refinement

Some decisions survive intact. Others do not survive coherence.

The project moves into detail: measurements, materials, specifications.

We build the images that let you feel the house before it exists.

XI · The Table II

The final adjustments with you, before delivery. They are about detail.

XII · The Delivery

The final drawing set, which your builder uses with the soil study and the engineering. Permits are separate. The design ends here.
