Your project, before it exists
This page covers what can be done with a project that has not been built yet, and what it costs.
A drawing is not enough
You put the drawing on the table and the other person nods. They did not understand: drawings are read with training, and whoever decides rarely has it.
So the decision gets postponed, or it gets made badly and corrected on site, which is where correcting costs materials and time.
Walk through it
Your project in a link: you stand inside and look around, and the points take you from one place to another, as if you were standing there before it exists.
It opens in the browser. Nothing to install, no account, no software. You send it by message or email and it works on the other end.
A developer in pre-sales has to show interest before the bank releases the construction loan, and interest is shown by people who understood the project. A drawing does not get you there. Something you can walk through from your phone does.
Look at it
The images of your finished project, before a single wall exists. That is while you can still change your mind without it costing construction.
Exteriors, interiors, the arrival, the detail that closes the sale. The views are chosen together, before production starts.
This is how a house of ours looks before it exists, which is while it can still be changed: it is the same thing you would receive of your own.
Set it moving
What a still image cannot tell: how the light changes through the day, how you arrive, how you walk in.
The video walkthrough
The camera enters and walks the project. It is what you send when you have to convince someone who will not read anything.
The vertical cut for social
The same walkthrough in phone format, which is where everything gets watched now. It comes with the video: delivered horizontal and vertical, from the same model, without producing it twice.
We quote the video on the call, based on the project, and it comes in both formats. The tour has its own section above.
If there is no model
Everything above comes out of a three-dimensional model. If your project only exists as drawings or a sketch, we model it: the rest is born from there.
If the model already exists, we work on yours: modeling is not charged, only the scene setup (USD 250).
For builders
The same line works to sell a development, and there what is asked for changes: not one image to decide with, but a set to launch with.
The sales center
The images of the finished project, the video for the screen and the tour so someone can walk the apartment that does not exist yet.
The type is modeled once
If the same type repeats across towers or phases, the model is not rebuilt. New views come out of the same file.
The second video costs less
From the same model, the second video and the ones after cost less than the first. The expensive part is building the scene, not repeating it.
The design does not have to be ours
We work on your model. If there are only drawings or a sketch, it gets modeled first and charged separately, once.
And it counts toward The Alliance: a set of images from USD 1,500 is a project, so the commission that comes after we deliver it, design or visualization, already comes with a discount.
Who appears
A good part of what comes into this line is commissioned by whoever did not design the project: a studio that outsources, an agency, a developer reselling. So the first question is not how the image looks, but whose it is.
With your name You hand them over under your name and can use them for any purpose, advertising included, with no time limit and no further payments: it is a broad license, granted once the full price is paid. We do not require our name on the images and we do not ask for credit; the 360 tour, while we host it, carries our seal in a corner.
Credit for the design If someone else designed the project, all we ask is their authorization to depict it and to show the result without names. Authorship of the design stays with whoever conceived it: we depict the project; we do not claim it as ours.
What we show We may show the result as work of the studio. Never with anyone's name and never with the location of the site: only the image.
Just tell us If you would rather it were not shown even anonymously, tell us, before or after. It comes off our channels within the following fifteen business days, at no cost or penalty. And if your company has its own confidentiality agreement, send it to us and we will review it for signing.
In any country The country where the project is does not change the price of the images. An image is not technical documentation: it needs no stamp and no professional license anywhere.
Authorship and exhibition are not a courtesy of the studio: they are in the contract you sign.
What it costs
The price of the images is published and worked out per image, not per square meter: the number of images does not grow with the area.
USD 125 per image, minimum 6. It comes down by tier, and the whole order is billed at the rate of the tier it falls into: USD 125 each for 6 to 11 images, 112 for 12 to 19, 103 for 20 to 29 and 96 from 30 on.
The modeling: If the project only exists as drawings or a sketch, modeling is added once, from USD 250 depending on size and building type.
The video and the tour are quoted per project, in the conversation.
The price is the same for a person and for a company, and the invoice for each payment is issued in the payer's name. If your company has to withhold taxes on the payment, let us know before the quote so the price takes them into account.
What everyone asks
Do I need to have the design done?
It does not have to be ours, but it does have to exist: your 3D model, your drawings or a clear sketch. We work on your project or on your architect's. If what you want is to design the project from scratch, that is a different service of ours, and it is the better place to start.
What if my project is only drawings, with no 3D model?
We model it, and the same goes if you only have a clear sketch. It is a separate one-time fee, and the images, the video and the 360 tour all come from that model afterwards: nothing gets modeled twice.
Can I ask for changes to the images?
We choose the views with you before production. Before the final render of each image we show you a preview: on it you can ask, at no cost, for different framing, light, a material, the time of day or a minor adjustment within the scene. Changing an image you already approved, adding images, or redoing the modeling or the scene because your drawings or your model changed after work started, is new work: we quote it first and only do it if you accept in writing. We never charge to fix our own errors.
Who owns the images?
The copyright stays with us, and you get a broad license to use them: you can sell, present and publish your project with them, advertising included, with no time limit and nothing more to pay. It is a license, not a transfer. It takes effect once the full price is paid or, if the contract ends early, once the settlement is paid, over what was already delivered. They cannot be used for permit submissions or for construction: they are not technical documentation. We may show them as the studio's work, always without your name and without saying where the project is; if you would rather they were not shown, tell us, before or after, and they come off our channels within the following fifteen business days.
The design is someone else's. Can I still send it?
Yes. We only ask that you have the author's permission for us to depict it and to show the result without names. Authorship of the design stays with whoever conceived it: we depict the project; we do not claim it as ours.
Do you work on projects outside Colombia?
Yes, except in countries under international sanctions, with the same process and the images at the same price; we quote the video and the tour according to the project and its location. The conversation is by video and you follow the work remotely. Images know no borders: they need no stamp or professional license, because they are not technical documentation.
How much does it cost?
The images have a published price, per image and with a minimum of 6: USD 125 each for 6 to 11 images, 112 for 12 to 19, 103 for 20 to 29 and 96 from 30 on. A one-time scene setup or modeling fee is added. We quote the video and the tour per project. You get the exact price for your project in the 45-minute conversation.
