Stand inside a project that does not exist yet.
A still image decides for you where to look. A 360 tour does not: it puts you in the room and hands the decision back.
What it is
You turn around, look up at the ceiling, look behind you. Each point is a rendered spherical view, not a photograph and not a real-time model: it looks like a render, and it opens on any phone without installing anything.
Whoever cannot come and see still walks in.
It works for the partner in another city, for the committee deciding without having stood on the site, and for the buyer who wants to walk the apartment before it exists.
How it is delivered
We build the whole thing. You assemble nothing: you receive the walkthrough ready to use, in three ways at once, and all three are included.
In your portal
Inside the project, next to the images. You enter with your own access, no loose links.
A link to share
An address you can send to anyone. It asks for no password and reveals nothing else about your project.
A line for your website
The code ready to paste, so the walkthrough lives inside your own page and not on someone else’s site.
Hosting is included for one year from The Delivery. If you want to keep it online after that, it is extended with a monthly subscription per project; if not, the link stops working and we hand you the file to keep or to host yourself. What expires is the hosting, not your right to use it.
If the project is in a company’s name, its logo appears on every view, top left. In the opposite corner sits ours, “powered by CONIKA”, linking to our site, which says who made the piece while the tour is hosted with us. They sit diagonally on purpose: in a tour placed on your own site it is clear whose project it is and whose work it is, without either mark crowding the other.
What else moves
The tour comes out of the same model the images come from. Once that model exists, what can be produced from it opens up.
The video walkthrough
The camera enters and walks the project. It is what you send when you have to convince someone who will not read anything.
The vertical cut for social
The same walkthrough in phone format. It comes with the video: delivered horizontal and vertical, from the same model.
We quote the video on the call, according to the project, and it comes in both formats.
What cannot be visited gets walked.
