CONIKA is a design and 3D visualization studio based in Pasto, Colombia. We design houses for individuals and projects for builders and developers, and we produce images, video and 360 tours of projects, whether we drew them or another firm did. We work remotely, on projects in Colombia and abroad.
What do we do?
Three lines of work, with the same team and the same method.
Design for individuals
We design your house from beginning to end: from the first conversation to the final drawings, with six images of the finished house included. The price comes out of the first conversation and is put in writing in your Dossier.
Design for companies
We design residential, commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects for builders and developers, modeled in BIM and with six images included. When a project repeats units, each type is designed once and licensed to be repeated. The price is calculated on the page, without asking for your email.
Visualization
We produce images, video and 360 tours from your 3D model, your drawings or a sketch, for individuals, companies and firms that outsource. The images can go out under your firm's name, and we do not ask for credit. The price per image is published: USD 125 from 6 to 11 images, dropping with quantity to USD 96 from 30 on.

Who does the work?
There are two of us, and the creative work is not subcontracted: the person you speak with is the same one who produces what you receive.
Sofía Solarte
Design lead. Professional license in Colombia (CPNAA); not licensed in the United States.. Leads the design and the model. In Colombia she signs the drawings.
Juan José Lima
Industrial designer. Leads the visualization: the images, the video and the 360 tours.

How do we work?
The path is the same in all three lines. What changes is how many phases each commission has.
- The conversation. A video call, free of charge and in your time zone. It is for understanding the commission, and for telling you whether it is a fit for us.
- The Dossier. The proposal in writing, before you sign: the scope, the price and the business days of each phase.
- The contract. You sign it from your portal, in English or in Spanish. The work starts with the signed contract and the first payment.
- The phases. Each phase ends with a delivery in your portal, and you approve it before we go on.
- The delivery. The final files, to download from your portal.
The price is fixed in the contract and paid in installments from the portal, tied to the phases.
Where do we work from?

The studio operates from Pasto and works remotely: it designs across Colombia and in the places listed in “Where we design”, and makes visualization for any country, except those under international sanctions.
Who signs the drawings depends on the country. In Colombia, our design lead signs them. Outside Colombia we design the same way, and where local law reserves the project to a licensed architect, we work with one from there from day one: they hold responsible control of the project, seal it and file for the permit.
Visualization needs no signature in any country: an image is not a technical document.
What do we not do?
We say it before you ask:
- We do not build or manage construction. The build is carried out and managed by whoever you hire.
- We do not calculate or sign engineering: the structural, plumbing and electrical design are done and sealed by a licensed engineer.
- We do not do the geotechnical report or the building permit process.
- We do not visit the site or take measurements on it: the design starts from the information you give us.
- The images are not generated with artificial intelligence: we use it on the finished render, only to improve the resolution and realism of the textures.
- We do not contact the end client of a firm that hires us.
